Thank You in advance for respecting festival guidelines and restrictions. Our goal is to ensure a safe and fun evening of music for everyone. Please review before you arrive to avoid any surprises on the day of the Festival. We are fully confident that our Jazz family will adhere to festival policies and respect festival grounds by disposing of trash properly. What time can I get in? The gate will open to the public one hour before events begin. 


Where to park? Free parking is available on site.


Can I bring my children to the Jazz & Wine Festival?
While we love family-friendly events, the Jazz & Wine Festival is intended for an adult audience. Because alcohol will be served throughout the venue, we do not encourage bringing young children.


What about handicap parking? Handicap parking will be available. Please notify us in advance if special consideration is needed info@jazzinthecountry.com.


Rain date? Outdoor events will take place rain or shine. Please check weather reports and plan your attire accordingly. 


Can I get a refund if my plans change or it starts to rain? All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. The show will go on unless severe inclement weather affects the safety of everyone in attendance.


What if I need to leave, can I get back in? Attendees will receive wristbands which must be worn throughout the event, and must be shown for re-entry. No sharing of wristbands, please. 


Will seating be assigned? General admission/seating… first come, first to choose desired seating area. 


Can I bring a tent? Tents are NOT allowed.


Can I bring a canopy chair? Yes, canopy/umbrella chairs are allowed. During performances, we ask patrons to lower canopies/umbrellas as a courtesy to others. High-back chairs, free-standing tents and canopies are not allowed. 


Can I take photos during the festival? Cell phone and mobile tablet photography only are permitted. Cameras and video recording equipment are not allowed. Anyone doing so may be escorted from the premises. 


Will there be designated areas for smoking? Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are prohibited. 


Can I bring snacks? Outside food, drink and containers of any kind are not allowed.  Assorted food and drink will be on sale during the event. Please support our vendors.

If medically necessary, food will be allowed once approved by event management. Please contact us at least 14 days prior to the event. info@jazzinthecountry.com


How about pets? Officially-certified service animals only will be allowed. Please notify event management at least 14 days prior to the event for a pass to present at the gate. No other animals allowed. 


Please note the following: 

  1. Promotional photos will be taken during the event. Purchasing admission to the festival constitutes purchaser permission to appear in photos and/or videos taken for promotional purposes. 
  2. Ticket purchasers accept all liability during attendance and holds the event harmless for their actions or those by other attendees, vendors, volunteers, staff or security.
  3. Please respect festival grounds by disposing of trash properly. Our goal is to leave the property as clean as we found it. 

The following are not permitted on festival grounds: 

  • Outside food, drink or containers.
  • Animals of any kind, unless they are officially certified service animals.
  • Free-standing tents and canopies
  • Rolling carts or wagons 
  • Weapons of any kind (including pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc.)
